He’s always been following a very healthy diet so he’s not gravitating to bad foods. He is monitoring his carb intake and consuming no past 5 pm; that said he has given itself one cheat day a week.
To get into top physical condition, he was following a restrictive nutrient-dense diet every day to sculpt and tone his body for the film. No alcohol, cigarettes, or supplements, either because he believes that you should be able to get most of what you need from eating a good, balanced diet. And don’t forget the water, every day he drinks lots of water to keep himself hydrated properly.
